Frédérique Constant is a Swiss watch manufacture founded in Geneva in 1988 by Aletta Bax and Peter Stas. The family business is known for classic, affordable luxury watches, often with the characteristic Heart Beat design that makes the mechanical movement visible.

Since the launch of its first in-house calibre in 2004, the company has developed and produced its own movements. Its headquarters are in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva.

In 2016, the Frédérique Constant group, which also includes Alpina, was acquired by the Japanese watch group Citizen Watch Co. Limited.
