Scitec BCAA 6400 tablets contain L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio.
One serving of 5 tablets provides the following amounts:
* L-leucine: 2240 mg
* L-isoleucine: 1120 mg
* L-valine: 1120 mg

Scitec BCAA 6400 tablets should ideally be taken with a glass of water before training. On non-training days, they can be taken with a glass of water between meals. A single serving consists of 5 tablets. It is also mentioned that one serving (5 tablets) can be taken before or after training, or at any other time, such as before bedtime.

Scitec BCAA 6400 tablets contain microcrystalline cellulose, talc, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate as additional excipients. Due to manufacturing in facilities that process milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish, and shellfish, these allergens may be present in trace amounts in the product.
