Peak Nattokinase 90 Capsules

One Peak Nattokinase capsule contains 2000 fibrinolytic units (FU) of nattokinase. One container of Peak Nattokinase with 90 capsules provides 90 servings, as the recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.

Peak Nattokinase 90 capsules are suitable for a vegan diet. The product contains soybeans. It may contain traces of milk, gluten, and egg.

The enzyme nattokinase, as contained in the product Peak Nattokinase, exerts its effects on the cardiovascular system primarily through its fibrinolytic properties. It has the ability to directly break down fibrin, a key component of blood clots, and thus support the body's natural thrombus dissolution. This promotes improved blood flow and can contribute to maintaining healthy blood pressure by optimizing blood flow properties. Due to this systemic effect on blood coagulation, extreme caution is advised when planning surgery. Since nattokinase increases the risk of bleeding, the product should be discontinued in a timely manner, usually at least two weeks before any surgical procedure, to avoid complications during or after the operation. Concomitant use with prescribed blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs such as warfarin (Coumadin), heparin, or acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) is medically risky, as the anticoagulant effects may be intensified. This can lead to uncontrolled bleeding or an increased tendency to bruise, which is why any combined use must be discussed with a treating physician beforehand.

The recommended daily dose of Peak Nattokinase capsules is 1 capsule per day, which should be taken with sufficient liquid. Once opened, the product should be used within 3 months if stored correctly (closed, dry, protected from light and at normal room temperature).
