A 25 ml ampoule of Nutrend AAKG 7500 Shots contains 7500 mg of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate.

Ideally, half a dose of the Nutrend AAKG 7500 Shot (12.5 ml) should be taken approximately 30 minutes before physical activity. It is recommended not to consume the product in the evening before bedtime. The maximum recommended daily dose is 12.5 ml.

The Nutrend AAKG 7500 Shot is completely caffeine-free and contains no stimulants, making it suitable for consumption even before late-night workouts. Its specific effect on nitric oxide synthesis stems from the provision of a high dose of L-arginine in the form of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, an essential precursor for nitric oxide production in the endothelium of blood vessels. This supplementation supports the activity of the enzyme nitric oxide synthase, leading to an increased release of nitric oxide and, consequently, vasodilation, or widening of the blood vessels. This process improves blood flow and the transport of oxygen and nutrients to the working muscles, promoting the so-called "pump" effect during exercise and supporting muscular performance and recovery.

According to the ingredient list, the Nutrend AAKG 7500 Shot contains no allergens or animal-derived ingredients. The coloring agent carmine (E120) is only present in the cherry and grapefruit flavors; the black currant variety uses plant concentrates. It is expressly not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, diabetics, or individuals with pre-existing medical conditions or under medical treatment. Furthermore, the product should not be taken in the evening before bedtime.
