Body Attack Whey Amino Gold 325 tablets

One serving of Body Attack Whey Amino Gold consists of up to 10 tablets. This serving provides 14 g of protein and 3,100 mg of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids).
The recommended daily intake is 2 x 5 tablets with meals and plenty of liquid (300 ml). On training days, it is recommended to take 5 tablets before and 5 tablets after training. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
The tablets contain whey protein concentrate (79%) and whey protein hydrolysate (Optipep®) (10%). They are a convenient alternative to protein shakes and provide essential and non-essential amino acids.
