This hand-forged steel chainmail tong set offers an authentic medieval look and feel, ideal for historical reenactments and DIY projects. Compared to conventional tongs, they are specifically designed for the demands of working with chainmail rings and mail, enabling the expert creation and repair of chainmail. Their robust steel construction also makes them excellent for general metalwork in a historical context.

The hand-forged chainmail tongs are made of steel and are approximately 21 cm long for precise handling. Each tong weighs about 150 g, allowing for controlled work on the chainmail.

To protect the hand-forged steel sarcastic tongs from corrosion, they should be cleaned of dirt and moisture after each use, stored dry, and regularly rubbed with a thin film of acid-free oil (such as Ballistol) or wax.
