These four-piece medieval shoulder plates, made of 1.6 mm thick steel, are handcrafted, robust, and specifically designed for reenactment combat. They are attached to the body via side leather straps with historical buckles that fasten to the upper arm. For connection to other armor, such as a gorget or breastplate, the shoulder plates feature an additional buckle and leather strap at the top; alternatively, they can also be worn over chainmail or a gambeson.
