This hand-forged key set (3 pieces) is made of blackened steel. The set consists of five large keys attached to a non-soldered ring, allowing them to be used individually. Each key is approximately 12.5 cm long.

To protect the hand-forged key set made of blackened steel from rust, it should be cleaned regularly and, above all, always dried thoroughly, as moisture can lead to rust spots after just a few days. To care for and seal the surface, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of protective oil, such as Ballistol, camellia oil, or linseed oil, evenly with a soft cloth. Alternatively, the surface can be treated with a clear lacquer suitable for metal to create a lasting protective barrier against corrosion. If you store the set untreated, the storage location should be permanently dry.

The hand-forged keys in the set of 3 serve exclusively as decorative accessories for clothing or rustic home furnishings and are not functional for antique locks.
