The Germanic Stage Combat Spatha by Ulfberth is an authentic reconstruction of a one-handed slashing sword from the Migration Period.

• Hand-forged blade made of high-quality EN45 spring steel with a Rockwell hardness of approximately 48 HRC
• Optimal balance and lightness thanks to a deep fuller for improved elasticity
• Safety during training thanks to blunt 2 mm striking edges and a rounded tip
• Elaborately crafted handle made from a combination of wood, brass, and genuine horn
• Robustly constructed tang, securely riveted to the end of the handle for maximum stability
• Includes a custom-fit wooden scabbard with leather covering and decorative brass chape and mouthpiece
