To clean the glass, pull the chimney upwards using the lifting loop, fold the glass back using the wire holder, and remove it. Soot can be wiped away with a damp cloth if necessary. To change the wick, open the glass, turn the burner clockwise using the control knob, and remove the wick. Remove the old wick and pull the new one through the burner opening using the control knob. Allow the new wick to soak in the fuel for approximately 10 to 20 minutes before lighting the burner for the first time.
