Pulsar offers solar watches that draw their energy from light. This eliminates the need for regular battery changes.

Robust stainless steel cases and interchangeable straps ensure that a watch can be worn for many years.

Used batteries do not belong in household waste but in battery collection points.

Pulsar started in 1970 under the American Hamilton Watch Company as the brand for the world's first electronic digital watch. The first Pulsar P1 was presented in 1972 and was a technical sensation with an LED display.

The brand gained further fame through its appearance in the 1973 James Bond film "Live and Let Die". In 1978 Pulsar was taken over by the Seiko Corporation and positioned as a mid-grade brand in the product range.

Although Seiko merged the brand with ALBA in 2023 and stopped producing Pulsar watches, Pulsar is remembered as a pioneer of digital watches.
